Instructions for Returns and Refunds

By accessing any areas of the e-Herbsfield.com site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU CAN NOT USE THIS SITE.

1. Our company’s return policy is that the package must remain unopened and be accompanied with a copy of the invoice before confirming a return with a confirmation number. If the reason for return is the responsiblity of the buyer, we will charge a 15% handling fee and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client. Promotional items included with the sale must be returned as well.

2. If the item returned is opened or damaged, our company is not entitled to give a  refund.
3. Returns can be made within 30 days of the invoice date, we do not accept returns after 30 days. Please E-mail our Customer Service Department at herbsfield@sbcglobal.net for returns and they will issue a confirmation number to be sent for the merchandise. The confirmation number is valid for 15 days and should be attached to the return box.
4. If the wrong goods were sent or if the received product is defective then please E-mail our Customer Service Department at herbsfield@sbcglobal.net. They will issue a replacement confirmation number to have the incorrect/defective merchandise shipped back and the correct goods shipped back to you at not cost. If you decide to change your mind and want other varieties of our goods, we can also help and send you your desired merchandise, charging the appropriate shipping cost.
5. You can return once you have the “Return Confirmation Number” with the invoice. If you have several different invoices, you must also have several different approved “Return Confirmation Number”. When returning the merchandise we recommend using a transport delivery service with a tracking system. You are also responsible for the insurance cost of the return process. If the merchandise is lost or damaged when being delivered, we can not be held resposible.
6. Company’s Refund Policy: Merchandise must have no damages, no unpacking, and be free of pollution. A refund will take approximately 2-7 business days for the purchase to be refunded to your credit card.
